garage door wont open please help!!?
i have a wayne dalton idrive torque master garage door opener, wireless wall mount one, i closed my garage door and it made a noise after it closed like someone was knocking on the door loudly, i didnt know what it was so i ignored it, now i tried to open it again and it made a weird noise and opened slowly like it was stuck, it stopped opening close to the ground, when i pressed the open button again it closed really fast, i tried to open it manually and it wasnt opening, i think there may me something stuck or something broke, please help me guys, my cars are trapped unless i can open that darn door!!!! thanks...
please read the question all the way.....and yes i have a side door but i have another car parked in front of that and its not gonna be possible to get my cars out from that side
Hello you should call a garage door repairman everything you said about the door tell me you have a broken spring and please don't try and repair it very had to do and you can get hurt bad I repaired door for 30 years and I have seen broken fingers, hand, and a arm so don't work on it your self Good Luck
