Are Denny Hamlin , Martin Truex Jr, and Clint Bowyer the real deal?
I's qutie apperent that Denny is Cup martireal with his win. But is he really? And what about Martin and Clint? They are successful Busch driver not doing so hot in Cup.
I don't think you can say whether a driver is the 'real deal' during his Rookie year. Sure they can all have good runs and win races. The real test comes as the cars change and the driver's skills in adjusting the cars comes into play. I would say after three or four seasons (unless one wins the championship sooner) you could say whether somebody is the real deal.
