sorry but you will lose. The daytona charger runs mid to high 13's where as the evo runs low 13's. The charger is a lot bigger and heavier. Also I believe the evo 9 to be underrated. It pushes out 20+ more wheel hp then the last generation. So i wouldn't bet anything, unless he is a horrible driver. If you had the srt-8, i would might say differently. If you are talking about the track the evo pushes high 9's on the skidpad, so don't bet on trying to beat it on the turns either.
